The Texas Community Music Festival kicked off in Austin April 29, 2006, at Central Market North, and drew approximately 10,000 over the four days to the central Austin location, far exceeding expectations, and setting the stage for what has now become a Central Texas tradition.

In two short weeks, the schedule for the 2011 Texas Community Music Festival has nearly filled. Only a handful of available performance opportunities remain for the weekend of April 30 -May 1 at Central Market North. And only two slots remain ope n for the final weekend at Central Market, May 7-8 2011.
