The Texas Community Music Festival kicked off in Austin on April 29, 2006 at Central Market Cafe North. The very first TCMF drew approximately 10,000 attendees over the four-day event, far exceeding expectations and setting the stage for what has now become a ten-day tradition.

Austin — The lineup for the 2012 Texas Community Music Festival already features a big number of new faces, new sounds and new musical styles. As of this posting, only 10 weekend sets remain open. Austin — The Texas Community Music Festival is proud to announce that four weeknight shows have been added to the 2012 festival schedule. The Seventh Annual TCMF will now include Monday and Tuesday, April 23-24, and Monday and Tuesday, April 30-May 1. All performances will be held at Central Market North.
