Second Week of TCMF “brings it all home!”

Austin —  The Texas Community Music Festival roared into the home stretch with stellar performances both Monday and Tuesday nights, before record TCMF crowds! SPECIAL NOTICE: Wurst Band Cancelled on May 2

Austin — The Texas Community Music Festival regrets to announce that the May 2nd performance of The Wurst Band, the traditional closing act of the TCMF, has been cancelled by Scholz Garten management, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control It is our sincere hope that TCMF and the Wurst Band will return to Scholz’ for the 2014 Texas Community Music Festival. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.

Join us for the 20th YEAR of our local, free, grassroots music festival, right here in Austin, TX!

The Texas Community Music Festival kicked off in Austin on April 29, 2006 at Central Market Cafe North. The very first TCMF drew approximately 10,000 attendees over the four-day event, far exceeding expectations and setting the stage for what has now become a ten-day tradition.
