Hello all, Ms. Kat here! After missing the first weekend to play hooky at Old Settlers’ Music Festival, this was *my* first night at the Texas Community Music Festival this year! The Texas Community Music Festival kicked off in Austin on April 29, 2006 at Central Market Cafe North. The very first TCMF drew approximately 10,000 attendees over the four-day event, far exceeding expectations and setting the stage for what has now become a ten-day tradition.
