Kevin Carrol is the founder of edUKEcation.com, and will be leading his Ukestra at the TCMF once again.
Kevin’s scope of teaching includes Texas-based music, blues, soul, funk, Celtic, Classical, African, differentiated ukulele ensembles, and beginners of all ages. He has been a resident of Austin, TX for over 20 years where he has played guitar and toured across the globe with Americana artists such as the Flatlanders (Joe Ely, Butch Hancock and Jimmie Dale Gilmore), Jimmy LaFave, Alejandro Escovedo, Robyn Ludwick, Charlie and Bruce Robison and many others.

Paul Klemperer started Manteca Beat to highlight classic American music from the 1940s-60s. Drawing from blues, jazz, Latin, R&B, and more, Manteca Beat takes audiences on a musical travelogue, appealing to all ages and demographics.
Manteca means “grease” in Spanish and everyone knows you need a little grease to add flavor to your cooking.
The Manteca Beat Cabaret adds extra spice to the recipe, with female vocalists, dancers, costumes and an entertaining sense of theater.
Paul Klemperer & Manteca Beat provide a great show for all occasions, from cocktail and dinner parties to formal events, concerts and dance parties.
