TCMF 8.1 FALL SHOWCASE STARTS FRIDAY. Rain or shine, we’ll be FINE!

Austin —  The Texas Community Music Festival’s 2013 Fall Showcase — TCMF 8.1 — kicks off Friday, October 18, when Them Blue Skies takes the stage at Central Market North, at 5:30 pm for a little drive time blues.

This is the first fall showcase of Texas Community musical ensembles and promises to be an excellent five day event.  The festival continues through the weekend with performances beginning at 10am Saturday and Sunday and shows Monday and Tuesday evenings.

All performances will take place at Central Market North, 4001 North Lamar, in Austin.

SPECIAL WEATHER NOTE:  TCMF WILL PROCEED AS SCHEDULED RAIN OR SHINE.  IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, PERFORMERS WILL APPEAR IN THE ENCLOSED DECK IN CENTRAL MARKET CAFE.

All performances, AS ALWAYS, are family friendly and FREE!
